A Wyoming DAO LLC, run in public by its founders.

LightVessel is a Wyoming DAO LLC, organized in June 2026 under the state's Decentralized Autonomous Organization Supplement and led by its managing founding member, Isaac Meron. Its smart-contract identifier is on file with the State of Wyoming, as the law requires.

We run what we describe. LightVessel builds on audited infrastructure, writes its decisions down, and publishes what can be verified. That operating experience is what we bring to every partnership.
