Transparency

What we say, you can check. Everything here is public, and links to its source.

What transparency means for our partners

Before you work with us, you can check what we say for yourself: read our contracts and their configuration on-chain, read each venture's own terms, and see where our responsibility begins and ends. Nothing here asks for your trust in advance.

The organization

LightVessel DAO LLC is a Wyoming DAO LLC, organized in June 2026 under the Wyoming DAO Supplement and member-managed by its founders. Its smart-contract identifier is on file with the State of Wyoming, as the law requires.

Deployed contracts

The dyield vaults on Base, each with a link to its verified source on the block explorer. The configuration of each — roles, caps and timelocks — is readable on-chain by anyone.

Foundations

dyield is built on Morpho Vault V2, deployed unmodified through Morpho's official factory. Morpho publishes the independent audits of its own code. Our configuration of it is published in full on-chain.

Published explanations

Plain-language articles on how dyield works, where its yield comes from, and who can change what.

Each venture's own terms

Every venture publishes its own terms and privacy policy, which govern it.

dyield tokens are yield-bearing vault receipt tokens, not stablecoins, not bank deposits, not insured.
