Introduction

By accessing this platform, you agree to these Terms. LightVessel DAO LLC is a member-managed Wyoming DAO limited liability company. It operates three projects — dyield™ at dyield.io and app.dyield.io, Zohar Token at zohartoken.com, and Tehillim Token at tehillimtoken.com — creates works of Living Micrography™, and works alongside other communities as an operating partner.

Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern lightvessel.app only. lightvessel.app is an informational site about LightVessel DAO LLC and its projects. It does not itself offer, sell, operate, or custody any financial product, and no transaction of any kind is executed on this site.

dyield™ Products Are Governed by dyield.io

The dyield™ products are operated at dyield.io and app.dyield.io and are governed exclusively by the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer published on those sites. Any description of those products on lightvessel.app is a summary provided for information only and is not a substitute for those documents. Where anything on lightvessel.app differs from or conflicts with the terms published on dyield.io, the dyield.io terms control. You should read them in full before using any dyield™ product. dyield tokens are yield-bearing vault receipt tokens, not stablecoins, not bank deposits, not insured.

No Offer, No Advice

Nothing on lightvessel.app constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, nor does it constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, for determining whether any product is appropriate for you, and for ensuring that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Working With Us

What this site says about DAOs, and about how we work with other communities, is general information and a description of our own experience. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice, and reading it or contacting us creates no client, advisory, fiduciary, or agency relationship. Any engagement proceeds only under a separate written agreement. We do not sell tokens or raise funds on behalf of others, we do not hold or control the funds or keys of any project we work with, and we do not place third-party projects within LightVessel DAO LLC. You should obtain advice from your own legal, tax, and financial advisors.

Nature of a Token or Edition

A LightVessel cultural token, edition, or artifact is a cultural artifact. The token itself is recorded permanently on a public blockchain; the availability of the artwork and of any reader it opens depends on the services that host them. Holding one conveys ownership of that token and of the edition of the digital work it represents, for personal use. It does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property in the work, which LightVessel DAO LLC retains, and it confers no ownership of the sacred or historical text woven into the work: where that text is in the public domain, it remains free for all to read, copy and share. A token does not grant or represent equity, ownership, governance, voting rights, profit, dividends, or participation of any kind in the company or its treasury. All executive, legal, financial, and operational authority is retained exclusively and permanently by the founding members.

Cultural Works Are Artifacts, Not Investments

This section concerns the cultural works only. The Living Micrography™ editions and artifacts are cultural artifacts — not investments, securities, or shares. Holding one conveys ownership of that token and its edition only, as described above, and grants no equity, governance, profit, or participation of any kind in LightVessel DAO LLC or its treasury. The dyield™ products are separate and are governed by the terms published on dyield.io.

Educational and Spiritual Purpose

The cultural works and the material describing them are provided for personal, educational, and spiritual use. Nothing here constitutes medical, financial, or legal advice.

Enquiries and Commissions

Enquiries and commission requests are reviewed privately by the founding members. Submitting one creates no obligation on either party; work proceeds only under a separate written agreement. For living art commissions, where blockchain payments are used, mainnet transactions are final and irreversible, and we do not store payment card data.

Acceptable Use

You may not copy, scrape, or automatically extract the works or text, reproduce them without authorization, use them commercially without a license, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of any wallet you use. We cannot recover lost wallets or reverse transactions.

Intellectual Property

The LightVessel name and branding, the dyield™, dyield Prime™, dyield High™ and dyield Ultra™ names and marks, the works, and the platform's design and architecture are the intellectual property of LightVessel DAO LLC. Embedded texts that are in the public domain or used under open-access terms remain subject to their respective terms. Third-party names referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and their use does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

Proprietary Software & Intellectual Property Rights

The name and mark "Living Micrography™", the LightVessel name and logo, the brand identity and visual language, the user interface and design, and all underlying software, code, and proprietary methods and processes created for or embodied in our works and platform are the exclusive intellectual property of LightVessel DAO LLC. The methods and processes by which our works are produced are maintained as confidential trade secrets and are not disclosed. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse engineering, decompilation, derivation, phonetic or stylistic imitation, or distribution of the foregoing is strictly prohibited and is protected under applicable common-law and registered trademark, copyright, and trade-secret laws.

Platform Content

The interface, translations, and design are proprietary to LightVessel DAO LLC.

Blockchain Risks

Where blockchain is used, on networks including Base and Solana, it carries risks including smart-contract vulnerabilities, protocol and oracle failure, collateral and liquidity risk, network congestion, wallet loss, and regulatory change. Digital assets can lose value, including all of it. LightVessel DAO LLC is not responsible for blockchain-related losses.

We are not responsible for wallet providers, curators, protocols, or other third-party services linked from or referenced on the platform. Links to dyield.io, app.dyield.io, zohartoken.com, and tehillimtoken.com are to sites operated by us under their own separate terms.

Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LightVessel DAO LLC is not liable for blockchain losses, wallet compromise, smart-contract issues, reliance on any description shown on this site, or platform interruptions.

Wyoming DAO LLC Governance

LightVessel DAO LLC is organized under the Wyoming DAO Supplement, W.S. §17-31-101 et seq.

Language of These Terms

These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for reading convenience only and are not legally binding. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version governs.

Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance, and the effective date will be updated upon revision.
