Introduction

LightVessel DAO LLC respects the privacy of all visitors and patrons of lightvessel.app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers lightvessel.app only; the dyield™, Zohar Token and Tehillim Token sites publish their own privacy policies.

Web2 / Web3 Structure

This site runs on Cloudflare edge infrastructure, and our projects interact with public blockchains, including Base and Solana. Public wallet data is permanent on-chain. Cloudflare handles traffic security without collecting your identity, and we do not use analytics that retain personal information about you.

Information We Collect

When you send us an enquiry about working with us, or a commission request, we collect your name or organization, your email address, your description of the project, the kind of request, the language you were reading in, and any image link you provide. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your message. Cloudflare provides standard technical usage data. We never store payment card data, private keys, or seed phrases.

The Guide

If you use the Guide chat, we may ask for your name, email address and, optionally, your WhatsApp number, and we email you a one-time code to confirm the address. We keep a record of that name, email, WhatsApp number, language and confirmation time. Your chat messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies; we do not store the conversation.

dyield™ Products

lightvessel.app does not collect any information for the dyield™ products and does not connect a wallet. If you follow a link to dyield.io or app.dyield.io, any information you provide there is collected and governed by the privacy policy published on those sites, which you should read separately.

How Information Is Used

We use this information to review and respond to enquiries and commission requests, to communicate with you about a possible project or work, to improve the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

Enquiries and Commission Requests

Enquiries and commission requests are stored privately and are reviewed only by the founding members. They are never published, sold, or shared, and our evaluation criteria are kept private.

Blockchain Data

Where a work or product is issued or settled on a blockchain, wallet addresses and transactions are public by the nature of the blockchain. We do not control or modify blockchain records.

Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use advertising trackers. If you use the Guide, we set one strictly necessary cookie that keeps your Guide session open; it carries no advertising or tracking data. Your browser also remembers the language you chose, on your own device only. We use Cloudflare for hosting and performance analytics, and Cloudflare storage for enquiries, commission requests and Guide records.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the providers that operate the platform — Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for sending email, and Anthropic for the Guide — or with legal authorities where required by law.

Data Security

We protect the platform with HTTPS and keep enquiries and commission requests in access-controlled storage reviewed only by the founders.

International Users

We serve communities worldwide, with an interface in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Chinese and Hebrew. By using the platform you consent to processing in the jurisdictions where our infrastructure operates.

Children's Privacy

The platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by writing to hello@lightvessel.app.

External Services

Our platform links to third-party services and to our own project sites, including dyield.io, app.dyield.io, zohartoken.com and tehillimtoken.com. Each publishes its own policies, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

Language of This Policy

This policy is written in English. Translations are provided for reading convenience only and are not legally binding. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version governs.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance, and the effective date will be updated upon revision.
