3. Build
   Contracts, sites, guides and checkout, built on audited standards. Engineering is delivered by our development partner, Squadleader Dev, and nothing goes live until you have seen it run.
4. Launch
   Verification, publication and a launch that holds up to scrutiny: every contract readable, every claim checkable.
5. Operate
   The part most services skip. Monitoring that watches your contracts, a decision record your members can read, publishing in several languages, and a guide that answers your community in its own.
