dyield™

A shared treasury is only as trustworthy as the rules around it. dyield is where we practise those rules, in public.

The challenge

Anyone can deploy a vault. The hard part is making it safe to trust: no single action that can move funds in a hurry, a way to stop a bad change before it lands, and a record anyone can check without asking us.

What we built

Three yield vaults on USDC on Base — Prime, High and Ultra — each a standard Morpho Vault V2 deployed unmodified through Morpho's official factory. Strategy within each vault is set by independent curators, Steakhouse Financial and Gauntlet, who publish their own methods. We wrote almost nothing new: where an audited standard exists, we use it as it is.

How it is run

  • Every privileged change waits in public for 6 hours to 3 days, depending on the setting, so anyone watching has time to see it coming. Moving funds between destinations that are already approved is immediate by design, and disclosed as such.
  • An automated guardian checks the contracts every 30 minutes. It can only apply the brakes; it can never take funds out of the vaults.
  • Every contract is verified and readable on-chain, and every decision is written down with its date and its reasoning.
  • Plain-language articles explain how it works, including where the yield comes from and what the risks are.

What it shows

How to protect a shared treasury, and how to prove it.

dyield tokens are yield-bearing vault receipt tokens, not stablecoins, not bank deposits, not insured.

Explore technology collaboration

dyield shows how transparent, verifiable on-chain infrastructure can be built and run in public. Technology and infrastructure companies interested in collaborating are welcome to start a conversation.
